With less than three weeks to Manage and Produce this entire project I am very happy with how the final product turned out. I was approached to join this project after the first account manager dropped from the project. After joining the project I quickly realized that there was no set timeline and as a result the team was not unified in their tasks. The first thing I did was construct a daily task list for each member of the group so that they would know what they had to do by the end of each week. 

 

My primary role was in the production management for this spot. I was tasked with contacting local businesses that we could use as the locations for our shoot. The week of shooting I, along with my team, worked tirelessly to make sure that we had all equipment scheduled and that the production went as smoothly as possible. I feel the most accomplished with this project considering all the tasks I completed in the amount of time given.

MY ROLES
  • Streamlined assignments to members of my team, resulting in key tasks being accomplished by a specific due date

  • Learned to work on the fly by finding actors and locations within a week's notice of the shoot. 

  • Mentored other jr account managers on how to work through finding solutions for problems

  • Created call sheets for cast and crew, and sent out a comprehensive timeline with useful addresses and details

  • Managed sets with over fifteen actors and crew coordinating roles and directions
