MY ROLE

  • Created casting calls, posted through various pages and talent agencies 

  • Coordinated with each of the talent and their parents on payment, legal release forms, scheduling, and sizes for costuming

  • Assisted in location scouting, set dressing, and craft services

  • Sent out call sheets for days on set with all the necessary details and an hour-by-hour schedule

  • Organized payments and budgeting on all costs related to the shoot including camera rental, actors, and art direction
